The perfect all-year-round lake, designed to produce consistent results in all seasons thanks to its depth profile and carefully selected stock. Set to open in Spring 2027, this venue is ideal for relaxed weekend sessions & social angling, while still offering a handful of special carp to actively target throughout the session.

The stock will include a strong head of Harrow and Sutton strain carp, complementing the original fish already thriving in the lake and ensuring a balanced, healthy ecosystem going forward.

THE sHALLOW pIT

Designed as the more dedicated “big fish” water of the two exclusive lakes at Molesey Heath, the intimate Clear Pit holds a carefully managed stock of Harrow, Sutton, and Dinton strain carp, alongside a select number of special Leney bloodline fish.

This lake offers a balanced approach between regular social angling sessions and the opportunity to specifically target a handful of truly exceptional carp throughout the year.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Maximum length of booking sessions is currently 3 days.

  • No. You must take all your rubbish with you.

    Any waste left behind will result in the loss of your deposit.

  • Each of the Molesey Heath lakes from December 2026 will have a healthy stock of 40+ carp from VS fisheries and Dinton, to support the current originals located in each lake.

  • Molesey Heath features a secure, coded access gate (changed weekly) and a dedicated anglers’ parking compound. From there, you can unload and set up your barrows, bio dip landing nets and unhooking mats before walking to your allocated lake.

    CCTV operates in the compound at all times for added security.

  • Yes but fees apply per person for non-fishing guests staying over night.

  • Anglers can arrive from 09:00 and fish from 10:00 with your session ending at 09:00 on your last morning.
