The fisheries manager & bailiffs reserve the right to ask anglers to leave if they do not respect the rules, other anglers, the venue, the environment or if they do not adhere to the health and safety policy operated on the site.

• Members must act respectfully and observe proper angling etiquette towards all other anglers on site.

• Our sites have access to the public and the general public must be respected at all times, any anti-social behavior (inc use of illegal substances) will result in a review of your ticket.

• For Lammas anglers nets, weigh slings & mats must be dry before fishing/ entering site - no exceptions

• Maximum of two rods to be used for the whole season.

• All members are honorary bailiffs and required to assist the bailiff team in monitoring the lake.

• Anglers must use the car park provided and lock the gates behind you, anglers must not park in residential areas.

• No fish transportation from lake to lake or removal of fish from the complex, you will be reported to the Police & EA - CCTV is in operation on our sites.

• No sacking of fish is permitted, flotation slings at suitable depth are permitted for a maximum of 2 hours (Weather permitting). Fish are not to be left unattended at any time in the water or on the bank.

• All fish being removed from the lake to be weighed/ photographed must be via a weigh sling or floating sling (with support frame), not in a net mesh.

• All anglers must have a large unhooking mat, 46” net & carp care kit. New anglers must show bailiff on first session

• The management will not be held responsible for damage to persons or their property whilst on site.

• Anglers must set up in the assigned swims and not open swims, no exceptions.

• Particles & small quantities of tigers are permitted if prepared correctly or bought by a reputable supplier.

• Apart from management, no boats (including bait boats) or drones are allowed on the complex.

• No shelf-life boilie or maggots of any form to be used. However maggots are permitted between 1st December - 1st March, but must be fresh maggot and limited to two pints per session.

• No swim saving for anglers that are not on site.

• You cannot leave equipment set up in a swim if you leave the site for more than two hours.

• Maximum session period of 48 hours on, with an equal time off per session (24 on 24 off, 48 on 48 off).

• No braided mainline without 2m minimum fluorocarbon leader

• Pike fishing is permitted from 1st October - 1st April only (No live baits permitted)

• Zig fishing is only permitted between 1st November - 1st March.

• No fixed leads.

• Please take all rubbish home with you. Do not dispose of it in the park bins.

  If you see any litter on site, even if it isn't yours, please help by picking it up and disposing of it responsibly. Working together helps keep the lakes and surrounding area clean for everyone.

• Strictly no ground level fires, raised BBQ’s are permitted

• You must not share your access codes/ keys - CCTV in operation at all gates

• Non fishing night guests are not permitted at any time unless approved by a bailiff. Fishing guests are permitted on the lakes from the 1st of August, approval required from management before fishing, payment per night is required. To request please contact us via our website.

• When entering the site, you must drive below 10mph, this is for site safety and resident’s safety.
